Whilst every effort is made to maintain our prices Novelties Galore UK Ltd (NG) reserve the right to revise prices. The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction

NG cannot always guarantee colours and designs. Goods despatched may vary in colours and designs from visuals shown on the web site.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.

All prices are subject to Vat at the current rate.

Accounts opened by prior arrangement will be strictly 30 days net. Persistent late payment will result in credit facilities being withdrawn. All others are strictly pro forma.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest (at Bank of England base rate + 8%)and compensation for debt recovery costs under 'The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002' if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms.

Schedules of Delivery are estimates only. If we are not able to despatch an order within 72 hours of receipt we will inform the customer.

3rd Party Carriers are used to deliver all goods. A signature will be required on delivery and without a signature the carriers will not leave the goods.
Novelties Galore will send an email to the customer confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours or 72 hours of receiving confirmation of despatch (depending on delivery option selected) please contact Novelties Galore office on 020 8424 9966.
In the event that nobody is available to sign for a delivery the carriers will either leave a contact card for the customer to re-arrange a second delivery or will automatically attempt a re-delivery.
If the carriers return the goods to Novelties Galore as a result of nobody being available to sign for a second delivery, the customer will incur a further charge of £8 + Vat in respect of the goods having to be returned by the carriers to Novelties Galore.
If goods are returned to Novelties Galore as a result of non signature the customer will be refunded the value of the goods less all delivery charges (to include the additional £8 + Vat in respect of the goods being returned to Novelties Galore).

NG will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of goods caused through no fault of their own once the goods have left our premises with the carriers.

All claims regarding shortage, non-delivery or damaged goods must be made in writing within 7 days of invoice date, otherwise the claim will not be recognised. Any damaged cartons must be signed for as damaged otherwise claims will not be accepted. Only sign the delivery note for the number of cartons received. All goods must be returned to us at customer's own expense and received by us before a credit note can be issued.

Ownership of the goods remains the property of NG until paid for in full.

Carriage will be charged on all orders under £250.00 excluding delivery and Vat.
Delivery of Cellophane Banqueting Bags charged at cost.
