* Northern Ireland delivery charge is for a maximum order weight of 15kg. Orders over 15kg will be subject an additional charge, which the customer will be informed about before payment is taken.

For before noon delivery, Saturday delivery and delivery to all other locations, we ask the customer to complete your order - but instead of receiving a final charge with delivery included, please tick "Contact me for delivery charge" field. This way the customer will have the final bill minus delivery - we will contact the customer with a delivery charge for their approval before despatching overseas etc. If the delivery charge is not accepted the customer will be able to cancel the order. If you prefer you could also telephone us before you order to confirm delivery charges under your required circumstances. Please call 020 8424 9966. |

| Orders above £250 before adding VAT |

Orders above £250 BEFORE ADDING VAT (for UK mainland only) are carriage free (no carriage to be added to the order value). All orders less than £250 before Vat will be subject to carriage as set out above. |

In addition, if a Standup is ordered either on its own or as part of an order, carriage increases by £1 - regardless of destination. |

Delivery times |

Whilst every effort will be made to despatch orders within 72 hours of receipt, if this is not possible we will inform the customer. Please make sure to fill in the date that you require your goods. |

If we do not have all the items you have ordered in stock we will normally hold your order until we are able to despatch it complete. |

If an item will not be in stock before you require the goods we will contact you. |

We use two business delivery companies, Parcelforce and Interlink, and you will be required to sign for your parcels. Please use a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign for the parcel during office hours.
